July 3, 2025 - Arlington, TX - The 2025 rookie class shined as the Dallas Wings defeated the Phoenix Mercury 98-89 at College Park Center on Thursday night. The shorthanded Wings started four rookies, most by any WNBA team since 2000, and saw the newcomers step up. Aziaha James recorded career bests of 28 points, six rebounds and six assists, paired with career highs of 10 field goals and five 3-pointers. July 3, 2025 - COLLEGE PARK, GA - Skylar Diggins scored on a driving lay-in that rolled all the way around the rim and dropped with 3.4 seconds remaining, securing the fourth-quarter comeback to beat the Atlanta Dream on Thursday night, 80-79.
Diggins' basket gave her 11 points for the night. Nneka Ogwumike poured in 24 for the Storm and Erica Wheeler had 21.

And with the head coach of the top-ranked team scheduled to guide the All-Star team whose captain earned the most fan votes, the 2025 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game head coaches are as follows:
Team Clark will be coached by Minnesota Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve.

July 3, 2025 - INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Fever (9-8) earned a dominant 27-point win over the Las Vegas Aces at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday night. Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell combined for 45 points in the 81-54 victory.
Indiana's defense held the Aces scoreless through the first 3:31 to open the game, setting the tone for the team's defensive performance on the night.
